Transportation outside the bordes:Is not given the use the exit of our company car beyond the Greek territory
Reservations: All reservations are based on a vehicle category and not a certain car model. In case the vehicle category cannot be provided, the company reserves the right to provide to the customer a car of a higher vehicle category, without any extra charge.
Driver: Minimum age is 23 years of age.
Drivers' License: The Driver is required to have and display a valid Drivers' License issued at least a year ago. Citizens of Non-EU countries are required to have a valid international Drivers' License along with their regular Drivers' License or a Drivers' License with Latin characters.
Traffic Violations - Fines: Traffic violations and fines are bore by the renter.
Means of Payment: The Rental is prepaid. If the Renter does not hold a credit card, he can rent a car provided he has paid the whole rental value, as well as the guarantee deposit 300€(For all categories)and 700.00 euro for category Mini Van 9 seats-4x4-J2-J2D-GQ-H1-G4GM-KDGM-KD.
After Hours Deliveries - Collections (22:00-07:00): Surcharge 20€ for each collection or delivery.
Out of Stations Deliveries - Collections: Deliveries and Collections are On-Request. The extra charge within city limits is 10€+VAT. For Deliveries - Collections outside of the city, the extra charge is 25€+VAT as well as 0,50+VAT per klm.
Additional driver: The first additional driver is free of charge.
Navigation system (GPS): Unavailable
Child seat: The first child seat is free of charge. The surcharge for a second child seat is 5€/day upon request and availability with a maximum charge 28€/rental.
Transportation coverage by boat: If the lessee has included it in his rental, he allows transportation by ship after prior written approval of the company. It is available at a cost of €20 per rental day and a maximum charge of €60 per rental. Release the lessee for all damages caused to the vehicle during its transportation by ship, for any reason, regardless of any coverage and limitations of liability he has accepted and paid at the beginning of the lease.
Snow chains:The charge for Snow Chains is at 10€/day with a maximum charge of 40€/rental.
Fuels:The Renter is obliged to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as it had when collected. In the case of returning the vehicle with less fuel, the renter will be charged with the fuel difference. No refunds are issued for vehicles returned with more fuel than when collected.
Accident: In case of an Accident the Renter is obliged to inform the company as well as the police and to present the Police Accident Report to the station upon return of the vehicle to the station. In case of an Accident caused by the Renter, the Renter will be charged with 15€ Administrative fees
Roadside Assistance: All company cars have 24-hour roadside assistance. The station will provide the contact details.
**For 1-2 days 200km per day and extra cost 0,15 sents per km ,up than 3 days limited 3000 km per month.
INSURANCE:
Partial Collision Damage Waiver Insurance (CDW)
1) Material damages to third parties ( Required by Greek Law )
2) Physical damages to third parties ( Required by Greek Law )

In case of an accident due to the renter’s liability, the renter can limit his responsibility for his legal share in any damage of the company’s vehicle to:
Full Cover Insurance
(FDW) – Full Damage Waiver
The vehicle renter may waive the above deductible amount if he accepts to complete and signs the Fulla Damage Waver (FDW) during the hiring contract.
(TP) – Theft Protextion
The vehicle renter disposes of responsibility of any vehicle damage due to theft, under the condition of non-existing negligence (car left open etc.).
Personal Accident Insurance (P.A.I.) Not offer.
All insurances do not cover damages at the lower part of the vehicle, the wheels (tires, rims), seat burning, loss of keys and any damage of vehicle’s accessories.
The company provides only insurance coverage to third parties for persons that use the car upon her approval, according to insurance contract, which terms, after being read by the renter, were approved by him.
The renter’s, the driver’s and the other vehicle passengers luggage and other personal items are not covered by the insurance and the company has no liability for any loss, damage etc.
PERSONAL DATA: During the hiring period the company has all renter’s data at her disposal, which she might use in case of the renter violating the terms of the present contract.
OTHER TERMS: The company has the exclusive property, possession and ownership of the vehicle. The renter is in no way and in no case a company’s representative. The renter acknowledges that he does not acquire any other rights, expect those explicitly mentioned in the contract.
During the hiring period all authorized drivers are jointly, unlimited and entirely liable along with the renter.
Similarly, in case of the hiring contract being signed by a representative, he will be jointly, unlimited and entirely liable along with the renter.
The present contract prevails any other agreement, written or oral, among the company and the renter.
Data Protection Policy
AutoRentals respects its customers’ personal data and caters for their safekeeping, by complying with the relevant legislation (indicatively, the General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter “GDPR”). Herein below, we would like to inform you as to the manner in which we process your personal data.
AutoRentals collects only personal data (first and last name, telephone number, e-mail, country and city of provenance, invoicing details), which yourselves provide us with voluntarily through the present website, by filling in the relevant reservation/communication forms, or via any other legal procedure. The data which you have willingly disclosed to us, are used by us in order for you to have a direct and meaningful communication with us, in order for the amount of your reservation’s down payment to be lawfully invoiced and in order for your reservations to be serviced in the best possible manner. AutoRentals collects personal data when you make a reservation for hiring a vehicle. The personal data collected are the mandatory minimum to conclude the abovementioned actions.
The recipient of your personal data is AutoRentals, as well as an associate thereof (indicatively, a vehicle hiring provider), whom you have selected to make a reservation. Disclosure on your part of your personal data to AutoRentals means that you consent to such data being used exclusively by the Company, its employees and associates and to the extent required for your service and for the conclusion of the transaction which you have requested. AutoRentals demands from its employees and associates-suppliers to provide to its users-customers the safety degree stated in the present Personal Data Protection Statement. In case of violation of the personal data legislation by an associate, AutoRentals bears no liability. AutoRentals shall not divulge, sell, exchange, concede or in any other manner transmit personal data of yours to third parties, natural or legal persons, except in the cases mentioned above and those provided for in the relevant legislation.
Following conclusion of the reservation procedure, AutoRentals automatically sends the details of the reservation (type of vehicle, duration of the hire, pick up and return location, extra insurances & benefits, price, etc.), as well as your contact details (first and last name, telephone number, e-mail address, country and city of provenance) to the reservations department of the associate – supplier whom you have selected, solely and exclusively in order to better serve your reservation (e.g. ability to communicate with you in case of delay, change of vehicle pick up – return location or day/hour). Autorentals expressly prohibits its associates to transmit, in any manner, your personal data to third, natural or legal, persons, as well as to use such for publicity of other reasons, unless your consent has been obtained beforehand, as well as in other cases stated by the law. AutoRentals shall not be sending any personal data of yours whatsoever to an associate in respect of reservations that have not been concluded by the customer for any reason.
AutoRentals keeps personal data only for as long as it is absolutely necessary to attain the purposes which are mentioned in the present privacy policy and the law. The criterion used to determine the storage period is based on compliance with the deadlines allowed by the law and the principles of minimizing the data, restricting storage and rationally managing our records.
